14-Day Hawaii from Long Beach on the Carnival Legend

January 2–16, 2028

  • Your adventure begins in sunny Long Beach — the perfect sendoff for a Hawaiian escape! Soak up the ocean breeze, snap a photo with the iconic Queen Mary, and feel that pre-cruise excitement build as you board the Carnival Legend. Paradise is officially calling!

  • Today’s mission: discover every snack on the ship and pretend calories don’t count in international waters.

  • You’re not lost — you’re “exploring” the ship for the fourth time like a nautical Dora the Explorer.

  • Perfect day to do absolutely nothing… and still feel like you accomplished everything.

  • Sunblock up, because today’s goal is to avoid turning “cruise-ship lobster red.”

  • 11:00 AM-10:00 PM

Welcome to the heart of Hawaii! Honolulu blends city energy with island magic — explore Waikiki Beach, hike Diamond Head for unbeatable views, or visit historic Pearl Harbor. Whether you’re chasing waves, sunshine, or culture, Oahu delivers a little bit of everything wrapped in true Aloha spirit.

  • 8:30 am - 9:30 pm

Maui is pure island perfection. Think waterfalls, lush rainforest, volcanic landscapes, and some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Drive the legendary Road to Hana, visit the towering Iao Needle, or simply enjoy the island’s famous laid-back vibe. This is the Maui you’ve always dreamed of.

  • 9:30 AM-4:30 PM

Welcome to the “Garden Island”! Kauai is a tropical paradise filled with emerald cliffs, hidden waterfalls, and jaw-dropping scenery. Explore the dramatic beauty of Waimea Canyon, cruise the Wailua River, or relax on golden beaches framed by swaying palms. Every corner of Kauai feels like a movie scene — because it is!

  • 9:30 AM-05:30 PM

Hilo brings you closer to Hawaii’s raw, volcanic soul. Visit Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park, walk through lava tubes, and witness landscapes shaped by centuries of volcanic power. The Big Island is wild, lush, mystical, and unforgettable — an explorer’s paradise filled with nature’s coolest surprises.

  • At this point, you know the soft-serve machine personally and it knows your order.

  • Today’s agenda: eat, nap, repeat — basically a floating version of your best life.

  • If you need me, I’ll be doing “maritime meditation,” also known as staring at the ocean like a confused seagull.

  • Final sea day: time to squeeze in all the fun you procrastinated like a true vacation professional.

  • Ensenada brings the perfect mix of Baja charm, coastal beauty, and mouthwatering food vibes! Wander along the waterfront, sip your way through local wineries, or grab some famous Baja fish tacos that will change your life. Whether you're exploring La Bufadora blowhole or shopping for colorful crafts in town, Ensenada delivers a sunny, fun-filled day with plenty of ways to say “¡Viva México!”

  • It’s the saddest day at sea — time to leave the ship and pretend you remember how land works again.
