8-Day Southern Caribbean from Miami on the Carnival Firenze

February 18-26, 2026

  • If your cruise is sailing out of Miami, welcome to the capital of cruise ships—and the party starts long before you board. This city is pure energy: neon nights, sandy beaches, Latin beats, and flavors that demand a mojito in hand.

Before embarkation, stroll Ocean Drive for Art Deco vibes, dip your toes in South Beach, or explore Little Havana where the cafecitos will keep you buzzing. Wynwood Walls is your stop for bold street art (and bolder selfies), and if you’ve got extra time, hop a boat tour of Biscayne Bay to ogle celebrity mansions you definitely don’t live in.

The cruise terminals are just minutes from downtown and South Beach, making it easy to tack on some Miami magic before or after your trip. Because here, the vacation doesn’t
start when you sail away—it starts the second you land.

  • Let the Miami Vice flow and the yarn roll!

  • Finish that Crochet Coverup, ready for the pool!

  • 9:00am - 10:00pm

Aruba lives up to its nickname, “One Happy Island.” Think turquoise waters, white-sand beaches, and colorful Dutch-Caribbean charm.

Spend the day lounging on Eagle Beach, snorkeling the Antilla shipwreck, or sipping rum punches on Palm Beach. Feeling bold? Try windsurfing or a jeep safari through Arikok National Park. However you slice it, Aruba = instant paradise.

  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Curaçao is color, culture, and Caribbean cool all rolled into one. Stroll through Willemstad’s pastel-painted waterfront (UNESCO-listed for a reason), then wander over Queen Emma Bridge as it swings open for ships. Beach lover? Head to Playa Knip or Cas Abao for postcard-perfect sand and sea. Adventurer? Snorkel Blue Room Cave or dive one of the island’s legendary reefs.
Thirsty? Sip on a bright-blue cocktail made with —you guessed it—Curaçao liqueur.

  • Wind that extra hank, no one will judge!

  • 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Grand Turk may be small, but it packs in big island charm. Step off the ship and you’re just steps from a powdery beach—grab a lounger, dip in the turquoise water, and let vacation mode hit
instantly. Want more action? Snorkel with stingrays, explore coral reefs, or ride ATVs across the island’s rugged trails. History buff? Visit the Grand Turk Lighthouse or the National Museum to learn about shipwrecks and space landings (yep, John Glenn splashed down nearby).

However you spend it, Grand Turk is pure Caribbean chill with a splash of adventure.

  • Time to replace all the yarn you brought with all the wonderful things you made!

  • Back at port 8:00am

Think about the wonderful memories and new friends you made on your way home!

Don’t get left on the dock—make sure your docs are ready to cruise!

The crocheting at Sea Cruise is a yarn-filled adventure of stitching, sipping, and sailing! Sunset circles, crafty workshops, tropical ports, and endless laughs—because when hookers hit the high seas, it’s always knotty and nice.
