5-Day Mexican Riviara from Long Beach on the Carnival Radiance

June 30th - July 5th 2026

This Amazing Sailing Awaits!
  • If your cruise is sailing out of Long Beach, welcome to where palm trees sway, the sun actually shows up, and your vacation starts with ocean breezes instead of airport chaos. This is SoCal chill with a side of sparkle — beachy, breezy, and effortlessly cool.

Before embarkation, stroll the Long Beach waterfront, watch the sailboats drift through Rainbow Harbor, and snap your first “I’m on vacation” selfie by the lighthouse. Grab fish tacos and frozen margaritas at shoreline cafés, wander Pine Avenue for boutiques and rooftop bars, or hit Belmont Shore where surf shops, sandy streets, and sunset cocktails rule the vibe.

Got extra time? Tour the legendary Queen Mary, rent bikes along the beach path, or hop over to Shoreline Village for live music, candy shops, and oceanfront patios made for day drinking. And when it’s time to board, the terminal sits right on the water — meaning you can go from tacos to top deck in minutes.

Because in Long Beach, your vacation doesn’t start when you sail away —
it starts the second your flip-flops hit the pavement.

  • oday’s agenda? Absolutely everything and also nothing. Sleep in, grab a lido burger, find your favorite bar, and officially switch your phone into “what day is it?” mode. Explore the ship, book a spa treatment, test all the cocktails, and start practicing your Halloween costume walk. This is your day to roam, relax, and accidentally discover your new favorite onboard hangout.

  • 10:00am-6:00pm

If your cruise is stopping in Cabo San Lucas, prepare to immediately forget what day it is — and honestly, that’s the goal. This is where desert cliffs crash into turquoise water, the margaritas are aggressively generous, and every street somehow smells like sunscreen and grilled shrimp.

Start with a boat ride out to El Arco, the iconic rock formation at Land’s End where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez. Float past Lover’s Beach, snap the photos your camera roll has been waiting for, and then lean fully into vacation mode with beachfront cocktails that come in glasses larger than your face.

Wander the marina for souvenir stalls, taco stands, and open-air bars where the music is loud, the salsa is fresh, and someone is always celebrating something. Want a little extra magic? Head to Medano Beach for swimmable waters, floating bars, jet skis, and sun loungers that make “just one more drink” feel like a personal challenge.

Because in Cabo, time doesn’t matter —
only sunscreen, saltwater, and your next margarita do.

  • Things are getting delightfully weird today. Expect creepy cocktails, costume sightings, pop-up dance parties, photo ops that belong on your camera roll forever, and that “how is it already midnight?” feeling. Whether you’re haunting the pool deck or dancing with strangers who feel like lifelong friends, today is when Halloween at Sea fully comes alive.

  • 7:00am - 3:00pm

If your cruise is stopping in Ensenada, welcome to Mexico’s laid-back coastal darling — where the ocean breeze is salty, the tacos are legendary, and the wine is criminally underrated.

Start your day wandering Avenida López Mateos (La Calle Primera), the main strip packed with colorful shops, street musicians, churro carts, and souvenir stalls that somehow all sell the thing you didn’t know you needed. Grab a street taco (or three), sip a michelada the size of your head, and let the easy Baja rhythm do its thing.

Feeling fancy? Head just outside the city to Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico’s wine country, where rolling vineyards, modern tasting rooms, and sun-drenched patios prove that Ensenada is way more than a quick port stop. Or keep it coastal with seaside seafood shacks, blowhole views at La Bufadora, and oceanfront walks that feel straight out of a postcard.

Because in Ensenada, life moves slower —
    and somehow tastes better.

  • San Diego Bay on the 4th of July, welcome to one of the most jaw-dropping celebrations on the entire West Coast — where the skyline glows, the harbor fills with ships, and the fireworks feel close enough to touch.

As the sun melts into the Pacific, the bay transforms into a floating front-row seat. Multiple ships gather on the water, deck lights twinkling, cocktails clinking, music drifting through the breeze — and then the sky ignites. Red, white, and boom explode over the harbor while you watch from the most elite seat in the house: your own cruise ship.

No traffic. No lawn chairs. No fighting for parking. Just ocean air, champagne vibes, and a fireworks show reflected across the water in every direction.

Because in San Diego Bay, the 4th of July isn’t something you attend —
it’s something you float inside of.Item description

  • And just like that… Long Beach is back on the horizon and real life starts creeping into your notifications. Grab one last iced coffee, take a final slow lap around the deck, and soak in that how did this week become my entire personality? feeling.

Exchange hugs, swap socials, promise to actually stay in touch (and you will), and quietly start planning the next sailing before you’ve even hit baggage claim. Disembarkation might mean the cruise is ending — but the memories, the friendships, and the group chat you’re about to start are just getting warmed up.

    Until next time…
same sea, same crew, new adventures waiting.
